1 apple with skin, cored & sliced (Gala or Pink Lady work best)
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 cup coconut water
2 big handfuls ice
10 strawberries, fresh or frozen
**For a sweeter drink, use 1/2 cup frozen pineapple**
