Hello!
I am so happy you stumbled upon my little blog…
Welcome to the world of Hali. I started this blog with the intention of tracking my marathon training & workouts, then it morphed into a soul searching mission that caused me to ramble about eating disorders and self confidence. A bit later I started nursing school and last night I realized it had been officially 5 years since I made a single post.
Today, I am five years older and wiser. I’ve changed my mind on a lot of things. I have been a night floor nurse long enough to look like I’ve aged 10 years. I have 18 months experience. Yep, 18 months=10 years in nurse aging. Maybe it’s my attempt to cope during this strange time or maybe I have secretly missed typing random crap that my brain creates at 2 am. But, I am back for a post or two because I think my mental health will benefit. Writing has always been a coping mechanism for me.
If for some strange reason you follow along or happen to read a random post or two, thank you. It is with great joy that I share some of my deepest fears, hardest struggles, happiest moments, and greatest dreams.
