Top 5 favorite things of all time (in no particular order)
2) Inspiring/empowering/comforting/taking care of people
4) Single origin dark chocolate tasting
5) Spending time with people I love
Since running & yoga are off the list at the moment I am trying to tap into these other things that make me feel alive.
Yesterday I spent time with my best friend. We went to the farmer’s market, one of our favorite things to do together. She loves San Francisco just as much as I do. I don’t think we have had a single conversation that didn’t include one of us mentioning our deep love for this city.
A few days ago, I received mail from the Happsters.
