Running faster than the bus & weekend recap

Hey!

I hope you had a fabulous weekend!  My weekend was all fun and no work. Yesterday morning instead of riding the bus for over an hour to get to an amazing yoga class at Athleta, I ran!!

Typical commute/wait time on bus: 1-1.5 hours each way (painfully slow)

Commute time on foot: 29 minutes there and 26 minutes back! (super quick!)

It was a GREAT class !

Of course I took advantage of my “running commute” and scouted some awesome street art.  As if I haven’t said it enough…city running is rad.

My personal favorite & very appropriate for being at the top of a hill! 😉

The rest of the weekend was spent celebrating my anniversary, running some more, eating, bowling, strolling, consuming chocolate, studying, and hanging out.  Not a bad life.

Dandelion vegan hot chocolate is becoming a habit, a darn good habit.

Lali looked very contemplative here 😉

Ordered the salad with a side of fries… the most delicious oxymoron

Pick up the pace & (attempt to) crush those hills!

Favorite moment: realizing that we unintentionally wore matchy-matchy running outfits on our anniversary.

What did you do this weekend?

How is your Monday going? (Hope it is happy!)
